User Group Meetings (UGM) are a free opportunity for customers and Dynamic Ratings personnel to come together to collaborate about industry issues, attend trainings, and share important feedback. Through our expert-led sessions, customer-driven discussions, and networking opportunities, we provide space to connect and contribute, helping to improve our monitoring solutions to meet your needs.

Our 2026 North America User Group Meeting will be held in Sussex, Wisconsin on September 14-16, hosted by WE Energies.
Meeting Format
Our User Group Meetings are a 2-3-day event that occurs once every year. Attendees can expect key presentations and trainings on monitoring solutions and product updates from our industry experts, as well as customer-driven discussions on monitoring applications and company insights. These meetings provide an opportunity for customers to exchange ideas and share critical feedback to help shape our monitoring platforms.
Our most anticipated session is a vendor-free, closed-door session where all Dynamic Ratings personnel and reps leave the room to allow customers to freely discuss their experiences, issues, and make recommendations about our services and solutions. After the private session, we reconvene for an open conversation.
These discussions provide our company with important insights that direct future product enhancements, service improvements, and customer support strategies. We strive to be responsive with our customers, and this session continues to drive innovation and continuous improvement at our company.
Each meeting is held in a different region in the US, giving customers the chance to host. Hosting a UGM provides a valuable opportunity for our customers to showcase their facilities, abilities, and resources, that many attendees anticipate. Additionally, each event features fun networking activities and social dinners to further community within our industry.
