C50 Transformer Monitor

The C50 Series  monitor includes configuration software that makes set up easy and provides accurate control for cooling and voltage control, bushing health, and tap wear as well as incorporating inputs from DGA devices Dashboard screens assist in configuring the system, as well as downloading and interpreting the information for easy transformer monitoring.

Dissolved Gas Analysis monitoring is a major component of a comprehensive transformer monitoring system. Dynamic Ratings supports communication to all major DGA monitors. The B100 Electronic Temperature Monitor (ETM) accurately measures top oil temperature and calculates up to three winding temperatures using current industry accepted methods and standards. It provides LTC temperature monitoring and is dual gradient capable for transformers with oil pumps. It is built with a rugged IP66 / NEMA 4 exterior and is designed to withstand the harshest environments.

DTM Bushing Health Monitor

The DM Series provides advanced bushing monitoring and/or partial discharge monitoring on transformers. The DM Series product is scalable allowing customers to extend the coverage of monitoring to suit applications today and tomorrow. DNP and Modbus communication protocols supported.

Additionally, NERC PRC-005 requires electric utilities to implement maintenance plans for protection systems associated with the Bulk Electric System. These devices meet NERC PRC-005 monitoring requirements by monitoring, logging and alarming on the following information: DC supply voltage, Battery float voltage, Battery float current, String continuity, Intercell connection integrity, Cell ohmic values relative to baseline values, Unintentional grounds, Electrolyte levels (optional).
