About the Event
One of our core values is to be responsive to our customers. We always work to keep communication open so that we can continually improve our business. User Group Meetings are an opportunity for users to get together to collaborate about industry issues, provide feedback and attend trainings. This year we will be staying at the Hilton Akron Fairlawn, the room block is now closed for this event.

Wednesday, September 20
8:30am – 1:00pm User Group Meeting (Caet Center)*
1:00pm – 3:00pm FirstEnergy Tour*
*We will be providing bus transportation to and from the CAET Center and Pro Football Hall of Fame.
