Being responsive to our customers is one of our core values. That’s why we believe in the importance of open communication. User Group Meetings are a free opportunity for customers and Dynamic Ratings personnel to come together to collaborate on industry issues, attend trainings, and share important feedback. In 2026, our User Group Meeting will be held in Sussex, WI on September 14 – 16, hosted by WE Energies. Stay tuned for further details!
