Standard Installation Services

1. Monitoring System Commissioning:

• Includes onsite full functional test of all monitoring and control aspects of the DR system, including communication test to peripheral devices and verification of SCADA communications.
• Test all alarm and status inputs to the monitor and control and alarm outputs from the DR .
• Test and scale all analog inputs and outputs.
• Verify cooling control and voltage control is functioning properly.
• Confirm communication to all peripheral devices, such as DGA's, Bushing monitors, moisture monitors, etc..
• Verify SCADA communications and point by point software test of SCADA values.

2. Retrofit Installation Supervision

Custom electrical design and programming provided for each system Includes Service Engineer supervision of DR retrofit installation

• Assistance in proper control wiring & control mounting
• Guidance on proper installation of sensors and input devices
• Provide assistance in as built drawing mark-ups
• Includes full Monitoring System Commissioning

3. Turnkey Retrofit Design and Installation

• Custom electrical design and programming provided for each system
• All parts and labor provided for complete installation of DR system
• Wiring, sensor installation, and mounting provided by DR service engineers
• Includes Monitoring System Commissioning

4. Factory test support

• Provide support for the Dynamic Ratings system test in transformer manufacturer site.

5. System upgrade

• Provide consultation for customer who want to upgrade their existing Dynamic Ratings system
• Provide upgrade design.
• Conduct site modification and installation plus on site test.

6. Trouble shooting on site

• Provide onsite trouble shooting for whole Dynamic Ratings system.
